Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products, colors, and prices accurately. Slight variation in color and finish is natural for ceramic cookware. All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities at our discretion.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm by email once it is accepted. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Delivery times and rates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery information. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, and every set carries our 30-day trial and 1-year warranty.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, images, logos, and design - belongs to Ritual and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ritual is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
