Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on every order over $50. Below that it is a flat $4.95 in the United States.
There are two separate clocks on every order: the time we take to pack it (fulfilment) and the time the carrier takes to bring it to you (shipping). The delivery estimate you see at checkout is the shipping clock. Here is exactly how both work, so there are no surprises.
1. Fulfilment — before your order ships
Every order is picked, packed and labelled at our fulfilment centre in the United States. Fulfilment usually takes 1 to 2 business days, and can take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Unusually large orders (over 200 units) take 5 to 10 business days.
For roughly the first two hours after you order, its status is New. During that window we can still change your shipping address or cancel it entirely — email us fast and we will catch it. After that the status changes to Accepted, it goes straight onto the packing line, and it can no longer be edited or cancelled.
The moment your parcel leaves the building you get a tracking email. That is when the shipping clock below starts.
2. Shipping times — after your order ships
All times below are business days in transit, counted from dispatch.

International parcels also pass through customs, which can add a few days on top of the transit time above. That step is outside our control and outside the carrier's.
3. Total time to your door
Add the two together. In practice that means most orders arrive:
- United States, Free or Standard Shipping: about 3 to 6 business days from the moment you order.
- United States, Express Shipping: about 2 to 5 business days from the moment you order.
- International: about 4 to 10 business days from the moment you order, plus customs clearance.

- Express Shipping — $9.95, any order value.
International
- Canada — $9.95, free on orders over $50.
- Europe & UK — $12.95, free on orders over $50.
- Asia-Pacific & Eastern Europe — $16.95, free on orders over $50.

- United States — all states except Alaska and Hawaii, which our carrier does not currently serve.

- Europe & UK — Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom.
- Asia-Pacific & Eastern Europe — Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.
Skincare products ship within the United States only. Supplements ship to every region listed above.
Customs and import fees
Everything ships from the United States, so orders delivered elsewhere may attract customs duties and import fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking, lost and delayed orders
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility, and you can follow it any time on our order tracking page. If you have not seen a tracking update within 5 business days of ordering, or your parcel has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, email hello@ritualcookware.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
