Track Your Order
Once your order ships, following it is simple. Here is how to find your package at every stage.
1. Check your email
As soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre, we send a shipping confirmation to the email you used at checkout. It contains your tracking number and a direct tracking link. If you cannot find it, check your spam and promotions folders for a message from Ritual.
2. Track with the carrier
Your tracking link opens your carrier's live status page. US orders ship with USPS; international orders ship with FedEx. You can also paste your tracking number directly into the carrier's own tracker:
3. Track from your account
If you checked out with an account, sign in and open your order history to see status and tracking for every order in one place. Sign in to your account.
When will it move?
Tracking usually begins updating within 24 to 48 hours of your shipping confirmation. Before that, the label may exist without scans yet, which is normal.
