Refund policy
We want you to love what you cook with. If a Ritual set is not right for your kitchen, here is how returns and refunds work.
30-day home trial
Cook with your Ritual set for up to 30 days from the day it is delivered. If it is not right for you, you can return it for a refund under the conditions below.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@ritualcookware.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with a return authorization and the return address.
- Ship the set back within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
Return conditions
To qualify for a full refund, the returned set must be:
- Cleaned and fully dry before packing
- Complete, with all pieces and lids included
- Packed in the original box with the original packaging materials
- Free of scratches, dents, chips, stains, burnt-on residue, or any other damage caused after delivery
Refunds
Return shipping is paid by the customer, to the address we provide with your return authorization. We recommend a tracked service - the set remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Once it arrives, we inspect it within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Sets that do not meet the conditions above may receive a reduced refund or be sent back to you.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at hello@ritualcookware.com with your order number and clear photos. Faulty items are covered by our 1-year warranty and are not subject to the return-shipping cost above.
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
